The fifth International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP) will take place in Kigali, Rwanda, 12-15 November 2018, and is hosted by the Government of Rwanda and the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with the support of over 60 partner organizations. The ICFP is the largest conference to bring researchers, advocates, program implementers, policymakers, youth, religious leaders and donors together to focus on family planning.
The ICFP is more than a conference – it reflects the greater movement to expand and improve access to family planning care and provides a platform for strategic inflection points in the family planning agenda, bringing together a wide range of influential participants to celebrate successes as well as challenge governments and donor organizations to announce their commitments to family planning and reproductive health and show how they are following through on previous commitments.
Exhibiting at the 2018 ICFP allows your organization to reach a wide range of delegates from across multiple sectors of the family planning field interested in sharing their knowledge, learning about new innovations and best practices, and connecting with others in the family planning and reproductive health community. This exhibition space is located throughout the Kigali Convention Centre, and will be set-up to entice delegates to congregate between sessions – grabbing an easy coffee or lunch while perusing the exhibit booths. The 2018 ICFP logistics subcommittee is ready and willing to make your exhibition experience as turn-key, affordable and effective as possible.
Each 2m deep x 3m wide x 2.5m tall (78.74in deep x 118.11in wide x 98.425in tall) booth shell is only $1,500, which includes:
- 1 information counter measuring 100cm length x 80cm height x 50cm depth (39.3701in length x 31.4961in height x 19.685in depth)
- 1 round table measuring 80cm diameter x 100cm height (31.496in diameter x 39.370in height)
- 2 foldable chairs
- 1 brochure stand

- 1 waste paper basket
Exhibitors who wish to order additional items, including wall graphics and furniture elements, are welcome to make orders as per the rentals catalogue within the 2018 Exhibition Manual.
Booth locations will be designated on a first-come, first-served basis, upon full execution of each exhibitors agreement.
